This album is an homage to the 5% Percent Nation's Supreme Alphabet, which was very influential to me in my early years, when I was a member of the Zulu Nation. I am not an active member any longer and my thoughts have evolved over the years...but I wanted to highlight and pay respect to this school of thought and ideology, a framework that helped me better understand myself, tap into a higher consciousness, and introduced me to the idea that we are all Gods on Earth. Even though I'm not a practicing member, during the making of this record, and in revisiting these teachings, I've reconnected in someway to my younger self. It has allowed me to look back at those earlier days with a new found appreciation of what I've gone through and what I've learned along the way, that has made me the person I am today, ever evolving.

My hope is that you listen and get inspired to become who you are.
